The new Victory Cruises website has officially launched! In an effort to increase booking requests and streamline our Hornblower brands we have been working on a site refresh for our friends at American Queen/Victory Cruises. This has included changing the site structure and content on the pages to display our top product offerings first and drive our customers directly to the content they are looking for and displaying the options to request a booking. We used data from site analysis, user interactions and customer feedback to make these decisions.
The number one complaint from customers at Victory on their old website was it was hard to understand the price and what is included in each cruise. We have taken this feedback and consolidated the tour route, itineraries, destinations, cabins, and price to one clean page that will help customers clearly understand the options topped with a form displayed on the page to request the booking.
